Hima Dalal, a Registered Occupational Therapist, has over four decades of experience. She was the founder of Vital Energy Wellness & Rehab Center. As a consultant, lecturer, and presenter, her expertise spans alternative therapies, sports injury prevention, and fitness, with notable honors and awards. Hima has a rich history in private practice, hospital settings, and international collaborations, contributing significantly to the fields of occupational therapy, rehabilitation, and holistic health.
